Normal production time, from receipt of order until shipment, is 4 to 6 weeks, depending upon the time of year. We begin scheduling April-July shipments in January and urge all customers to place time sensitive orders early in the year. We do not have rush shipment surcharges and ship orders as close to need dates as possible. Being a small company, we can step out of the office, onto the production floor, and tell you exactly what the status of your order is at any time.

Boone Industries, Inc.'s packaging is custom designed to withstand the normal rigors of transportation. Our bubble bags and interior packing create a unitized immobile shipping unit able to tolerate the shock of dropping, abrasion and a degree of crushing. (Upon unpacking, you will appreciate the ease of removal.) We are proud of our pack and pleased that it has been approved by all our carriers. Getting it to you undamaged is just as important as the quality you expect...And yet, upon unpacking, Boone Industries Inc., highly recommends you inspect the package on arrival to protect your investment. Please refer to the flyer enclosed in the packaging, or printed on the box, for procedures to follow.

Chairs, Footstools, the Side Chest and Hall Table are shipped via United Parcel Service or Airborn Express; Boston Rockers and Deacon's Benches via UPS or common carrier (truck).
